How We Work We work directly with international suppliers, which means two things: Our prices are lower than most UK retailers because we cut out the middleman. Our delivery times are longer — typically 10 to 20 working days — because your order ships from our supplier network. We're transparent about this because we believe you should always know what you're getting. Every product in our shop has been personally selected. If we wouldn't use it ourselves, we don't list it.
