We do not yet ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or BFPO addresses. Delivery cost Standard delivery is FREE on every order, with no minimum spend. Delivery time Most orders are delivered within 10 to 20 working days from the date of purchase. This is because our products ship directly from our international supplier network, and international transit typically takes 7 to 15 working days, plus 2 to 5 additional days for UK domestic delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Order processing Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information within 2 to 4 working days once your order has been dispatched. Tracking All orders come with a tracking number. You can track your parcel via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Delays Occasionally, delivery may take longer than the estimated window due to customs processing, courier issues or peak seasons (November-January especially). If your order has not arrived within 30 working days of dispatch, please contact us at [EMAIL@MIRAVILASTORE.COM] and we will investigate immediately, and issue a full refund or reshipment if the order cannot be located. Undelivered parcels If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed after courier attempts), we will contact you to arrange redelivery. The cost of the second delivery attempt will be borne by us on the first occurrence. Import duties and taxes For orders shipped within the UK, all applicable taxes are included in the price you see at checkout. There are no additional customs fees, import duties or handling charges for you to pay on delivery. Questions?
